“Qualcomm has about 40 offices around the world, and I am their contact point for questions about staffing. The best part about my job is that every day is different. There’s never the same question. There’s never the same situation. There isn’t anything that I do twice. I have a lot of ideas about ways to improve things. Right now, for example, I’m working with our Systems and IT teams to create internal websites that employees can access for information about international staffing and international transfers. This will make it easier for them to get answers to questions even when I’m away from my desk.”
