New grads unite! U2Q (University to Qualcomm) is an employee-driven new grad program originally created in 2008 to help new grads connect on multiple levels at Qualcomm. New grads are encouraged to join from Day 1 and can participate in a variety of events ranging from Career Development workshops, volunteer opportunities, social events, and much, much more! Board member, Patrick T. gives us the inside scoop:
Name: Patrick T.

Charter of U2Q: To connect new grads to their new job, their new city, and each other.
Describe U2Q in three words: Starting off right.
Best part of being a board member: Creating events that people enjoy.
Most memorable U2Q event: Broomball with the interns was a great event that allowed members to get to know each other outside of work, as well as encouraged interaction between new grads and interns.
