Dr. Paul E. Jacobs

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Paul E. Jacobs is chairman of Qualcomm’s board of directors and the Company’s chief executive officer. A leader in the field of mobile communications for over two decades and a key architect of Qualcomm’s strategic vision, Dr. Jacobs’ responsibilities include leadership and oversight of all the Company’s initiatives and operations.

Steven R. Altman

Vice Chairman, Qualcomm
Steven R. Altman is vice chairman of Qualcomm Incorporated and a member of Qualcomm’s executive committee. Altman provides direction and guidance on key initiatives across all areas of the business, as well as on overall vision and strategy.

Derek Aberle

Executive Vice President and Group President
Derek Aberle serves as executive vice president and group president of Qualcomm Incorporated where he oversees Qualcomm’s technology and IP licensing business, core services businesses, as well as the Company’s standards and global marketing activities. He also serves as president of Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL) and is a member of Qualcomm's Executive Committee, helping to formulate and drive Qualcomm’s business strategies across the Company.

Andrew Gilbert

Executive Vice President, European Innovation Development

Andrew Gilbert serves as an executive vice president, European Innovation Development at Qualcomm. He also serves as a member of Qualcomm’s executive committee.

Gilbert joined Qualcomm in 2006 as president of Qualcomm Europe where he provided strategic direction and oversight of all Qualcomm business development and operational activity in Europe and has served in many roles including president of MediaFLO Technologies and president of Qualcomm Internet Services.

Matt Grob

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Matt Grob is executive vice president and chief technology officer for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of Qualcomm's technical path, the coordination of R&D activities across the company and the development of next-generation wireless technologies. Grob also leads Corporate R&D and provides oversight to Qualcomm Corporate Engineering Services.

Margaret L. "Peggy" Johnson

Executive Vice President and President, Global Market Development
Peggy Johnson serves as executive vice president and president of global market development. Johnson is responsible for commercializing new business opportunities, including incubating early stage initiatives and developing strategic relationships for the company. Johnson also serves as a member of Qualcomm’s executive committee.

William E. Keitel

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

William E. Keitel serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Qualcomm Incorporated. Keitel was appointed chief financial officer in 2002. He joined the Company in 1996 and has worked in senior management roles within corporate finance, serving as senior vice president and corporate controller from 1998 to 2002.

From 1983 until 1996, Keitel served in various senior finance roles for Nortel, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Prior to Nortel, he was with PepsiCo.

James Lederer

Executive Vice President and General Manager, Qualcomm CDMA Technologies
James Lederer serves as Executive Vice President of Qualcomm and General Manager of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT), the world's largest provider of wireless chipsets and software solutions. As EVP and GM, Lederer is responsible for broad oversight of QCT's ongoing operations and maintains direct oversight of the division's finance and accounting organizations. In addition, he is a member of Qualcomm's Executive Committee.

Steve Mollenkopf

President and Chief Operating Officer, Qualcomm
President, Qualcomm CDMA Technologies
Steve Mollenkopf serves as president and chief operating officer of Qualcomm, leading the company’s business operations, product and worldwide sales groups. In this role, Mollenkopf continues to serve as president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT). He also is a member of Qualcomm’s Executive Committee, helping to drive Qualcomm’s overall global strategy.

Donald J. Rosenberg

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Donald J. Rosenberg is executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Qualcomm Incorporated. Rosenberg reports directly to CEO Paul Jacobs and is a member of the company's Executive Committee. In his role as Chief Legal Officer, Rosenberg is responsible for overseeing Qualcomm's worldwide legal affairs including litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. Qualcomm's Government Affairs and Strategic Intellectual Property organizations also report to Rosenberg.

Dr. Daniel L. Sullivan

Dr. Daniel Sullivan serves as executive vice president of Human Resources for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, Dr. Sullivan has direct responsibility for all human resources functions at Qualcomm including: leadership development, organization planning, compensation, benefits, learning, employee relations, corporate social responsibility, staffing, employee communication and real estate for the Company's 18,000+ employees worldwide.

Jing Wang

Executive Vice President and President, Global Business Operations

Jing Wang serves as executive vice president and president of global business operations for Qualcomm and is a member of the company’s executive and investment committees. In his current role, he is responsible for defining and implementing Qualcomm’s international business strategies and managing all of Qualcomm’s international business-focused offices, including those in Latin America, Europe, Japan, Korea, China, India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

Dr. Craig H. Barratt

Qualcomm Atheros, Inc.
Dr. Craig H. Barratt joined Qualcomm in May 2011 as president of Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. He served as president and chief executive officer of Atheros, and a director on the company’s board from 2003, leading the company through its 2004 IPO and growth to over $900M of revenue in 2010, culminating in its 2011 acquisition by Qualcomm. Dr. Barratt previously served as Atheros’ vice president of technology from 2002 until 2003. Prior to joining Atheros, Dr. Barratt held a number of positions at ArrayComm, Inc., a company specializing in multi-antenna signal processing.

William Bold

Senior Vice President, Government Affairs
William Bold serves as senior vice president of government affairs for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this capacity, Bold manages Qualcomm's public policy agenda and its relationships with government entities and related organizations at the international, federal, state and local levels. He manages a global group covering consultants in the United States, Brazil, China, Belgium, India, France, Korea and South Africa.

Rob Chandhok

Rob Chandhok is president of Qualcomm Internet Services and senior vice president of QCT. Chandhok is responsible for aligning Qualcomm’s hardware, software and services initiatives by driving the innovation and development strategies of Qualcomm's mobile software technologies. This includes the integration of mobile operating systems, and the applications written to them with the Company’s industry-leading chipsets as well as driving the advancement of Qualcomm products and enabling technologies that enhance the performance of Qualcomm’s client and server platforms.

Dr. Clarence Chui is senior vice president and general manager of Qualcomm MEMS Technologies, Inc. (QMT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm. QMT has commercialized mirasol® displays, an industry-transforming technology that uses interferometric modulation (IMOD), based on micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) to create low power, reflective color displays that are visible in virtually any environment and capable of video rate response times. In his previous role, Davidson served as vice president of carrier relations for Qualcomm Internet Services. He worked closely with wireless service providers throughout the world to establish business opportunities based on Qualcomm’s wireless data technology and service offerings.

Norm Fjeldheim

QGOV is dedicated to working with federal, state and local government entities to apply the advances in commercial wireless technology that enable significant technology gains and excellence in their mission performance.

Rich Sulpizio is president and CEO of Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES), a title that recognizes his former positions in Qualcomm as both president and a Board member. Sulpizio possesses more than 19 years of leadership experience in the Company and in this role he provides the critical strategic and operational vision to grow QES' market share globally.
